We read everything that arrives here. Whether you have spotted a factual error, want a topic explained, disagree with something we published or need to reach us about advertising or a legal matter, this is the right place. We aim to reply within three working days.
What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a figure, rule or explanation in one of our articles is wrong or out of date, tell us which article and what is wrong. We would much rather be corrected than stay wrong, and we update the piece and note the change.
- Topic requests. Tell us what you tried to understand and could not find explained clearly. Reader questions decide a large share of what we publish next.
- Sources and methodology. Ask us where a specific claim came from and we will point you to the primary source.
- Privacy and data requests. Access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdrawal of consent — see our privacy policy for what we hold and why.
- Advertising and press. Enquiries about display advertising or media requests. Note that we do not accept sponsored articles, paid reviews or guest posts, as explained in our editorial policy.
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you what to buy, sell or hold, review your portfolio, comment on whether a particular token is a good investment, or recover funds lost to a scam, a failed exchange or a lost seed phrase. We are a publisher, not an adviser or a recovery service. If you have lost money to fraud, report it to your national police or financial regulator — and be aware that anyone who contacts you promising to recover it for a fee is almost always running a second scam.
Never send us — or anyone else — a private key, a seed phrase, an exchange password or a screenshot containing them. We will never ask for any of those, for any reason.
